380ish HP stock but I have a modified air intake and a 3inch exhaust system so probably closer to 400hp now. Would be surpsied if any of you Muricans were familiar .w it, It's an Aussie built car.

Yeah man, the barra is a fucking great engine. Unfortunate you boys in the states don't have access to it best I6 imo out of all the 3. 2j and RB are cool but the torque from my barra is insane, think it's just over 500nm

Close. I do have a ‘69 Boss 302. My DD is Roush Stage 3 though. It doesn’t get very miles on it though since my commute is only about 60 miles/week and hardly drive it on the weekend. We drive my wife’s Lincoln for errands and around town. We also have an 85 GT convertible.
My middle daughter has a ‘68 C3 convertible.
This time of year is a great time for convertibles in Texas.

Seriously though, we don’t have any brand loyalty. We do only purchase American vehicles though. Before we got my wife’s Lincoln we had a Cadillac. I actually prefer some of options on the Cadillac to be honest. In 18-24 months when we decide to purchase another vehicle for her I would imagine we may go back to Cadillac.
The interior is much nicer on the Lincoln though. Much nicer... And quieter too. Lincoln has active noise control.

TBH, your 69 Mustang is my favorite body style pony, only I prefer the Mach-1. The only thing I really have against Ford is the lack of interchangeable/reusable parts. The old cougar xr-7s are sexy too. My father's first car was a 67' Mustang. He turned it into a ten second car but lost it decades ago sadly. The men and women both wrenched on a lot of noisy, trans-ams and firebirds from the late 80s when I was growing up. Big trucks too.....I don't really have the same appreciation for noise control lol
