Personally i listen to Girls' Generation when i PvP. Occasionally I'll change it up with some trance or even DnB.
 
Sound effects, of course :( It takes so much away from your play if you can't hear what's going on around you.



However, the dog ate half of my headset, so in my other ear I run itunes with either Tibi's dubstep playlist from youtube, or just a mosh of all the Job for a Cowboy/Suicide Silence I have downloaded. Screamo enhances rogue play, I swear.
