What's the point of vet guilds?

You need to be in a guild to do RBGs or raiding at level cap. These things don't exist for vets. Vets also have f2pchat, giving them a means of recruiting for bgs and skirms (which nullifies the need for a guild). At that point the guild is just a way of accessing guild bank and repairs, things that don't matter because of my previously stated points.

Pretty sure i can just wrack up a group and head to a raid and que for rbgs....theres no NEED for you to be in a guild

Look what's your end goal with this thread? You've stated an opinion, and others have stated theirs. I've already said once that any opinion on the subject is valid. Is it your goal to try to invalidate the position that you don't hold? Because that's not going to happen. Please don't be under the mistaken assumption that others are obligated to explain their opinion to your satisfaction. Was there something else you wanted to accomplish with this thread? Because if not, it's looking kind of done to me.

Guys i have quite a few lv.100s and have had the privilege to be a part of some amazing guilds. My point is that vet guilds aren't really like that. It's pretty much an extension of f2pchat.
