US What's the most active twink bracket?

I'm looking to start playing some twinks again.
Basically I'd like to know; would it be better to play 19s or 20-29s?
I'v played both brackets recently. I'm not sure how I feel about the item changes but with the right mindset I still enjoy twinking lower level brackets.

If you're just looking to derp around a little bit, 19s or 20s are your best bet. Queue times are fairly short 5-10 minutes for both. Game quality is really poor due to levelers and SV hunters 100-0ing everyone with little to no effort involved.
 
twinking as a concept doesnt exist anymore inside bgs unless you mean the naked v the not naked.................19s is the most active population dont listen to the 20's in here....dont talk to F2Ps they carry disease

As you can see from some of the reactions that @Solipsist has gotten, it seems to have bolstered the contentious that were claimed in post #8.
In addition, it seems he must have hit a personal nerve with a few members on this site by simply posting two small four letter words. Those people should take my free advice on this forum. It nomally is quite expensive.
