why do none of the ib / commands work in-game and why does it not display? the only part i changed was the top

I had that bug too once after adding avengers shield. I deleted it and IB worked again.
Dunno why and never rly bothered.
So whatever u added you should add again one by one and see for yourself.

I now use Juked, because the interface is much easier to edit than IB.

The maker of IB has said numerous times that the intent of his addon never was to be edited. It begins to bug when you do edit.
