What's new in WoD?

I stopped playing around the time WoD came out, and now i'm coming back. I see a lot has changed already, things like boa weapons have stats now, enchants give much less, there's a boa neck, etc. So i was wondering what else has changed? Did the professions change? Is there new gear to get? Is Elemental Force still good? My boa is level 1, does leveling it up increase stats? Just things like that, ofc i'm going to try a lot out, but any tips on things that have changed would be appreciated.

Are lvl 1 twinks bugged in WoD. If i enchant 1 stam, 1 crit, 1 haste ect. on my white quality gear, it does not change my health or stats???
