What twink to play?

Hey so im sure this question has been asked loads but ima ask again cause why not

Im looking at returning to the game and get back into twinking. Havent played aince start of SL and havent twinked since squish.
I had a 60, 70 and 80. Which is now 25, 27 and 30?

Ild rather play my 25(60) but not sure if anyone actually bothers anymore, i noticed the forums are 20 or 29 with little mentioned from what i could see of 25

Any info on what is a good bracket or whats active on EU side. I dont mind starting fresh on either faction to have some people to play with.

I recommend just making a 20 vet as its the only bracket you can just jump in and play anytime without massive amounts of coordination.
