What to make?(Pref Caster)

Recently got my hands on underworld band x2...was wondering if someone had a suggestion as to what caster might benefit the most from this? Was thinking maybe a spriest or a lock? TY ^.^

those bands would most likely be best used on a spriest. but i've never played a warlock and i have a spriest.... so maybe im bias.

The bracket always waxes and wanes in activity depending on new expansions/when content is released. I think it is only a matter of time before before it picks up again (in EU) once everyone settles down.

Adverse to this is Blizzard's plans to release content quicker, which will obviously result in people not getting bored so quickly.

This could possibly result in having an impact of the regrowth of the bracket in future. As always, time will tell!
