What should I make?! Going all out!

So, I have been playing WoW for almost 7 years now.. and I have had many twinks and invested hundreds of hours into them. I am no stranger to PvP as my main Hunter has over 140k HK's. But sadly all of my twinks have been deleted over time. I am currently interested in making two twinks. Gold and gear are no problem, as I have over 100k gold and EVERY piece of BOA gear, including Helmets and Cloaks.



So my question to you all is, what should I make?

What Spec:

What Professions:

Any Tips:

EDIT: I say that because if you really do make claim to these things, you would have no problem with figuring out what class/race/spec combination to pick.

Thank you, I know that, but I want to to hear some opinions.. I am a very indecisive person and I can never pick something, I want to hear what people think..

If you happen to have any 'Shadowfang' on your AH, buy them, make a fury warrior, and make rogues cry.

Also if you fancy splurging out then really any caster class, I've been raging a bit at mage's cc lately and I don't want to believe they aren't skill based..
