EU+US What made you reroll from 29 to vet/f2p?

I rerolled from 39s, not 29s but its largely the same thing.
I was big into 39s from BC through to the first que separation. I quit the game when 39s ques died for good.
After a long while, my friends invited me to join in on the F2P "Korgath Project" where a bunch of F2P accounts were congregating on a single server to make competitive arenas a thing. It was a compelling idea, and hey. It was free.
So I made a F2P account, leveled a warrior and had a BLAST working towards all this stuff that I took for granted on my paid account. The restrictions I though would be a nuisance actually made it alot more fun and rewarding to level and gear. I hadnt felt this engaged by a game since I initially picked up WoW in vanilla and leveled my first toon.
The Korgath Project came and went and I quit again.
Then, I decided I missed the game enough to come back and I hadnt shaken the feeling of fun I had had in F2P. So I told myself I'd start a brand new F2P account, on a brand new Bnet account and see just how far I could push things without paying. And I'm still here. F2P truly does play their own "end game" and it makes it feel way different than any other form of twinking.

I came from 10-19. I was, like many 19s, not disapointed with how the bracket turned out post separation but I play w my (60 and 65 year old) parents that did not want to wait for the times and honestly are bad enough players that they would struggle mightily in the more competitive scene. So they decide ed to try vet 20s and I made a vet character and some ftp characters.

From twinking 29, 39, and 49 vanilla bc and the beginning of wrath, and then in cata I did 70's and 59. I found out twinking came back about a month or so ago with BFA and just finished my 69 mage and 59 warrior when 8.1.5 dropped. End game is lame, and all my arena partners quit so I just made 5 level 20's decked out with chants and I have honestly not have had this much fun in a few years in wow, save the challenge mode towers in legion.
