What is your New Years Resolution!

Well the title explains it all :)



My new years resolution is to beat my swimming time of 47s flat. (For the 100m freestyle). Oh, and to find a reason to dump my girlfriend.
 
my new years resolution is to not lose the game for atleast a week straight.

Ok, i should change that to 'A WAY to break up with her'



Shes kind of suicidal.. And an emotional wreck. And above all shes stuborn, so if we break up im afraid she would kill herself, and if i try and get her help she would be too stuborn to do anything.
 
i finally quit wow, so im trying to get back on a regular exercise schedule. havent done that since water polo in high school =/

what do you bench right now? i'm maxin at like 280 and really need to get 300 for a spot on the high school weight team
 
i stopped working out for like 3 months...went back and i got 275 bench which i was pretty happy about. course i was sore for 3 days after that (i did 175->185->205->225->250->275, then i did flys, curls/reverse curls, and some light decline bench. i was hurtin like hell haha)
