What is the best level 20 tank, DPS and healer? Assuming only ilevel 26 questing gear (PvE only)

Ahh apologies. This doesn't apply to f2p or vets.. durr...

No worries. To be honest what I'm doing is such a weird concept.

I used RaF on my own Battle.net account, my goal was leveling multiple characters but when I realized how horrible multibox questing was, I had to find another way. Luckily, spamming dungeons is great for multiboxers, and even better than grouping up with random players because of your items and experience.

Tank: pally / brewmaster
DPS: every class except for warlock has at least one high damage spec (warlock is still good, just doesnt have any fotm specs like the rest do)
Healer: Shaman, Priest, pally (pally is mainly healer, shamans and priests have high damage and healing output potential)

Brewmaster eh? At level 20 it's lacking many abilities, what makes it a good tank? Kiting potential?

Keg smash and the brew ability thing are nice

Plus off heals

Might not be as good for soloing but its damn good for running random dungeons

I was biased, I'll try an allied race monk and see how it goes. Thank you for your suggestion.

every class except for warlock

For dungeon runs I'd put Warlock in the top 3. Demo warlock has some really good dps for aoe pulls and the single target is pretty decent at over 150dps.

Not many classes have good aoe abilities at level 20...

I'll second demo locks for AOE. Demo is absolutely the best dps spec at this level for large trash pulls. Shadow lost the mind sear mechanic being baked into mind flay at 20 sadly and multi dotting as boomy/affli/sin-rogue just doesn't compare to the near constant aoe that demo can do. Just put legion strike on a keybind, take the demonic strength talent and stack haste.

Yeah - having legion strike on a macro really can help. I find the felguard reserves focus/energy for abilities it doesn't have yet such as it's charge/intercept.
If you pool his energy/focus and wait for a big trash pull, spamming legion strike can do massive amounts of damage!!!

Also - try Bilescourage Bombers. Does a hell of a lot of damage on a nice 30 sec cooldown

Demo lock sounds really interesting. I'm hoping it works okay with multiboxing. Is it better than Arcane for AoE?

Multi Boxing will be a bit more difficult as you will have soulshards to deal with.

If you work on the principle that you hard cast until all units have 5 soul shards you should manage fine...

5 soul shards, hand of gul dan, shadow bolt, hand of gul dan, shadow bolt x 5 repeat...

Arcane mage will be very similar aoe dps because arcane explosion is instant, aoe high damage. They have just received a 6% damage buff too which is kind of nutty considering their damage is already top tier.
They will be much easier to multi box as their rotation could be managed by a potato.

Mana management however will be a bit more tricky and depending on the speed you're running through the dungeons may slow you down or get you into sticky situations because all your dps is now oom...

If youre trying for ultra fast runs with extreme pulls then disc priest shits on the other healers. PWS and Pennance are both significantly stronger then anything else on offer for massive pulls (or just not stopping at all until you get to a boss that resets/bugs when kited, which id assume would be the fastest strat) and big spikes of damage, especially the instant speed component, instant speed is a huge value and hots would be pretty useless.

I think Guardian would be my pick for tank, thrash is op, aoe + applies a dot for max threat while moving and has a relatively low cd (6 second baseline, keg smash is huge 8 seconds which all but rules brewmaster out imo,) + Ursine Adept makes guardian the literal god king for tanking in a wow/speed (film) crossover scenario where you die if you ever stop moving....rip dennis hopper Warrior is decent as well with a 6 second baseline thunderclap (5.3 with into the frays 15% haste) but I think near perma ironfur from guardian is more dependable then 50% shield block uptime and dash is fantastic forr giving your healer some bonus gcds when shit gets real. Prot pally is just a clusterfuck when you lose the threat foundation of consecration which would only be useful when stopping for boss/s.. for speed runs I think they would struggle to even hold threat as they hop through the entire dungeon mousing turning like mad to hit shit with Shield of the Righteous/Avenger's Shield/Hammer of the Righteous without the luxury of thunderclap/thrash all direction damage......

Then again maybe just 5 arcane mages would be the fastest?

anyway im super high and this is probs all wrong

I always thought a leaderboard of twink speed runtimes would have been a fun lttle sideshow to pvp, then again the content is so faceroll that movement speed/consumables and pathing would potentially be the only real variables with the mobs being almost negligible. Are there any low level dungeons where pulling everything along the fastest path without stopping would not be possible? Potentially stockades? because its so tiny, kiting all the bosses to hoggar with trash included might get hairy?.........nah 3 frost novas, bear tank, disc priest....golden

Basically, Tweakedirl is 100% right on everything.

For multi-boxing, Guardian is the clear winner. It's such a set it and forget it tank! Prot Paladin is a clunky clustercuss and, while Warriors are probably the strongest, they need a lot more micromanagement than a Guardian.

Here's my PvE level 20 Guardian Tank for ideas on how to gear up. I decided on 0% Haste because none of your abilities are reduced by Haste and Moonfire is instant cast. Sure, Haste affects your DoT ticks, but after lots of testing it just didn't deliver the same output that a max-Vers/Agility build did.

Agility is important because, like Tweakedirl said, you have almost 100% uptime on Iron Fur—and its effect scales with Agility! I've been toying with sacrificing Vers for a max-Agility set (still running tests) because the healing boost from Vers is kinda dead to Druids.

The problem with self-heals is that you can't heal without leaving Bear form, and leaving Bear Form with 10+ mobs hitting you is almost a guaranteed wipe. With the reliance on a twinked-out Disc priest, you might as well do Agility>Vers, rather than the other way around.

Raw Armor rating is also important because of Bear Form's 220% boost to armor, but unfortunately the Defias set Armor bonus is not affected by Bear Form. That was an expensive experiment :(. Losing too much Vers for 8 measly Armor points doesn't seem worth it.

This looks great. I'll try to copy it but first I have to level engineering, and try to find a way to get game time for my twink. I have 3 more questions to ask if you don't mind:

-Wouldn't an epic proc weapon from quests be better?
-What weapon enchant should I choose for disc priest?
-I don't think I can get that Darkmoon trinket, is there an alternative to it? Perhaps a quest reward since vanilla zones scale now?

EDIT: Can you also tell me your tooltip damage for thrash?
