What happened to this bracket??

What's that supposed to mean, that P2P is getting all enchants available at any level even if they scale down? Still, it's not dieing it's just incredibly inbalanced not just because of P2P but because the queing system lets party premades play against pugs. If you made what they called an "arranged team" in Warcraft 3 ladder, you had to play against another arranged team. In fact if you tried to sync que a pug/random you might end up playing against each other, but with the whole Alliance/Horde thing in WoW that won't work.

On a more serious note,people think buffing already OP(ish) classes,introducing higher level enchants to 24's,will slowly kill the bracket.WRONG!!!The enchants will at first be kind of OP,but will be scaled to down correctly in a 5.4 aftermath hotfix,thus making enchants like +15 agility,mongoose,powertorrent etc give sth like +4-12 *insert stat here*.As for those people who go OMG HUNTARDS ARE GUNNA BE LIKE CATA OP /RAGEQUIT. should go farm up AGM,swiftness pot recipes and should stop sucking and try not to die.

You probably forgot that some people are bad at this game regardless of the class they playand end up being free HKS.
I am really sorry if that doesn't float your boats you guys but that's what twinking is all about.
It's about gearing your low level toon and farming noobs and scrubs for honor regardless of ruinning another persons gameplay.If you want organized PVP go do arenas and rbgs at 90

Apropos

The bracket is very active and has very fast queue pops. The 24s certainly aren't killing the bracket as far as making people stop playing goes. As far as complaining about hunters and 24s, and worse still 24 hunters, that's nohting new. That said, the 4.3 hunt buff hurt quite a lot and the last one didn't help either.

As for some of the better known players quitting, this was inevitable. Most people lose interest. It was never going to be a permanent thing for everyone, just because it's free.

Change 4.3 to 5.3 and you have my opinion on the current situation.

Well if P2P gets PvP power enchants for every piece of gear do you not think that would be OP? There's a reason why some 24s like the parachute cloak for any class despite it only giving agility; it's because it can be enchanted with PvP power, which is otherwise not available to our bracket.

Hunters are already too OP lets look at their buffs, as well as the nerfs to healing and resilience, shall we?
Patch 5.0: Battle Fatigue got added, which nerfs heals by 15%.
Patch 5.1: Steady Shot can be cast on the move, Battle Fatigue got buffed to 30%.
Patch 5.2: Aimed Shot got a 0.4 second reduced cast time and a 10% damage buff, and Explosive shot got a 10% damage buff.
Patch 5.3: Aspect of the Hawk got buffed to 25%, up from 15%, Arcane shot and Steady Shot got a 10% damage buff, Battle Fatigue got buffed to 45%, which is more resilience than we can even get since resilience from honor heirlooms is now about 60% less effective.
Patch 5.4: Arcane Shot is going to get a 50% focus cost and damage increase, which is more burst, level 22 and up hunters are getting Counter Shot, which is a ranged interrupt, and disengage is getting it's cooldown reduced by 5 seconds.

Thankfully BM hunters lost their Intimidation stun, and it looks like Explosive Shot is getting a 30% damage nerf, but it won't matter that much.

Just wanted to fix lil thing on 5.0.
Patch 5.4 isnt live yet, its just PTR notes ffs.

I still think hunters are going to get at least some of those buffs. Wasn't the 40% base resilience added at the end of 4.3.4 or something? I remember a time without battle fatigue and with the 40% base resilience. But before the 40% base resilience, how much resilience did you get from a full set of honor heirlooms? I didn't play much before 5.0, but I'm pretty sure resilience increases started giving way less in 5.0, or else level 70s could have got over 100% resilience as seen on the MoP beta.

i only remenber seeing 40% resilience at 5.0, im 99% it wasnt added in 4.3.4.

I dont remenber resilience scaling in cata.

Ah nvm I was thinking of the pre mists patch. Battle fatigue was active but it didn't actually appear in your spell book until 5.1 (but before it got hot fixed to 30%).
I'm pretty sure resilience scaled higher in Cata, so my point being that it wasn't a whole 40% buff except for those who weren't wearing any honor heirlooms.
