BiS is obtained by the anniversary event and timewalking. Although anniversary is annual, timewalking gear is still very powerful and you will out-gear people in BGs by a large factor.

Timewalking gear is 300-315 depending on dung/raid and warforge. Much higher than what the average player would get leveling through the bracket.

Edited my original reply. Don't mean to be aggressive. But yeah be sure you know the gearing info before you post whether or not gearing and bracket itself is worth it.

Fair, at the time I played the bracket (around 3 months ago), it was pure cancer to gear and the whole 119 forum had not a single mention of TW/anniversary, hence my lack of knowledge. I've spent over 100 hours at 119 across two characters with little to show for it.

Edit: Damn, I'm legit sad now that I had no clue and played Destiny 2 through all of the gear opportunities. Would have been so cool to gear a character like that!
