What does Gilnean Shield scale?

nah, not the actual number. but I read in a thread that it scales 10 stam soooo it;s better t get than marshalling point! (assuming it's true, otherwise I just fucked up)

i think it scales to 11 stam ( im actually pretty sure ) i have it on my 29 warrior.

It scales to 7 stam at 19 and 10 stam at 29 I think
