EU+US What do you think so far?

Tbh i find it best expac for low lvl pvp since years. Every class is viable and fun to play.

Yes, i hate the "miss miss miss" shit but, they all die the same way we do. Won games vs 29's, killed 29's, all is good.

I have oldschool 29's myself and still i play my 20's. Why? Because it's more fun!

I'm glad some people are able to find that the game is more balanced for them. But I can't stand to log on my 29s anymore. Never thought I'd see the day when this game is so painfully awful I second guess whether I want to log in at my character screen.

Wow, so much ignorance in one paragraph. You can't have played this game before Cata.

And honestly getting 2x Gnomer rings often required more time than gearing a f2p.

Well that a dungeon, can have someone to run you

But grinding gears as f2p is pure hell, you had to lvl up every profession to 100 to get something you need, Engineering for Goggles, Enchanting for gear enchants, letherworking for armor, then make loads of it to keep in bank,incase we get a BiS rare drop(foreman,mtb,tree bark), then we drop for another profession, grind to 100, then repeat till you finally get all what you need

And sometimes, just for 1 item, you need to run same dungeon many times, i remember tanking 7 WC just to get 1 moss agate, just 1...
 
You could finish proffs in a day. Rest are easy drops compared to Gnomer rings and WRIST. Please don't talk if you don't tried Gnomer yourself.

I've BiS geared both f2p and p2p thus never managed to get both rings and wrist on the same toon from Gnomer.

my POV: VERY alliance friendly bracket changes

very good 4 alliance pea brain rets/priests/hunters/healers in general

@talynodor also btw

emissary cuffs of agility or AP alone (Not counting gears) took more time to farm than making 5x f2ps even if u are fukin horde n hord took more time bcuz of engy goggles
 
We back now. It won't fix the inherent imbalance of the bracket, but at least I can hit things with almost 100% certainty (barring things like dodge/parry)
 
Can't find a better thread to ask in - was the ability for vets/f2p's to queue BGs removed?

Just saw your profile post and checked, I can queue my vet and f2p fine. Vet hasn't been subbed in like a year and a half, not sure if that matters.

I think a few people had that issue and panicked at some point recently. I'm pretty sure it was on here, mighta been TI. I don't remember if/how they fixed it though.

So uhhh, don't actually have any help to offer. Welcome back?

Looks like you either need to sub or get a GM to help.
 
You need to speak with a gm and he will fix it for u.

Seems a lot better now with scaling fixed. But still not too impressed with the fotm Boomies I'm seeing in bg's. They spam there DoTs from a distance and its goodnight.

Almost every bg I've done recently has had between 2 - 4 Boomies on the opposition side, mainly 29's. The DoTs drop u way too fast to be able to do anything against them. Loc's also have good survivability and can be nasty 1v1. Outside of Locs and Boomies I'd say it's pretty good now. As long as there aren't too many Locs and Boomies in a bg I'm happy ;)

Oh, and if Ally could win a few bg's from time to time then I'd be even happier :mad:

But at least we are seeing a good pop rate for bg's. Gotta be happy with that!

as someone who ground out 2x stam rings, 2x int rings, and several dozen random rings over the course of a year and a half, I still love this expansion :) It's not as if I can't wear that set in a BG anyway if impressing randos is my thing, but honestly, and this is probably because I'm a casual player, I'm a huge fan of #1 all classes being viable at last with nothing(except perhaps disc to a LESSER degree than previous FOTMs) being too OP and #2 being able to make a twink that is VERY PLAYABLE, if of course not BiS, in a single day.

Hopefully the folks who enjoyed the grind more than playing the game have been weeded out by now. I'm not denying the satisfaction I felt on getting my final(fourth) gnomer ring, but I've never chosen to grind OVER playing the game- if anything, the only reason I ever got my four rings was because I had so dang much time to burn just WAITING for battlegrounds to pop!
 
I was grinding so much over the time (starting with Deadman's Ring) that i'm kinda sick of doing it.

For me the changes are welcomed. Now i have more time to play instead of farming.
