What u currently need is a stronk twink translator, if u dont understand the difference between instakilling rogue in cata and almost instakilling rogue in mop. Rogue lost the most OP abilities like shadowstap, sprint, gourge. And now u have more time to escape or outheal yourself. This making a target more difficult to kill. Harder to catch him.

Affliction: basically the same as Cata except they're less effective with the large amount of healers.
Demo: Decent damage, great mobility.
Destro: Good single target damage.

Warlock generally has good survivability (all 3 talent specs center around healing and Healthstone was buffed so that it now heals 20% health) and they have very good CC (rotating Fears, Conflagrate as Destro, Hand of Gul'dan as Demo).

I'd say they're a very good utility class at this point.

5.04 was not impressed with my Aff, imo, it is not near the same as Cata lock

damage is weak, lost 2 dot spells, the extra HP i have isn't helping much either

saw 2 warlocks tonight, bloish to name one, and seems demo is the MOP spec.

so i retrained, HoG works killer and leap is nice too

I heard from dori fear -> sleep while demon form, can it be confirmed and is it better/worse?
Also I think they lose Agony, so that's less damage for aff.

I can tell you from the aspect of a Shaman, a affliction lock is your worse nightmare, wanting to constantly dispel your fellow teammates. The silence is golden and makes us actually not dispel. Its was sad tho, kept getting games where the lock would sit in mid and spam the dots on all the players, and No one would pay them attention.....Finally I started sheering and attacking and we actually started pushing there team back.
