What do I have to change on this guy to be able to blast through Timewalking dungeon queues like before?

Stats now scale npc health. I don't know all the in and outs, but the basic idea is to reduce your primary stat (strength) drastically, probably around 2/3rds or 20-30, and that should lower enemy health pools for quicker kills. Accomplish this by switching gems if you can, or by changing neck, rings, trinkets, etc. There are other past threads that explain it in more depth than I can.

Blast like before was before. You can be good but will share details score with 80's, only squishy one.

Gotcha, so downgrade the strength. I think I'l also try and boost Versatility at the expense of a bit of crit.

What is the general opinion of swapping out some of the plate pieces that naturally have strength on them, for Mail pieces and thus being able to really cut down that strength number? I've trimmed my enchants and gems already and made a difference, but wondering whether to drop further.

Using mail/leather/cloth for their secondary stats (and sockets if applicable) is better for TWing than any plate armor.
There are also 2H weapons without strength on them.

Been a while, but how does a level 11 enter Stratholme to get that Malown's Slam? Entering in the open world requires level 15.

Just wait for Timewalking Classic to come around?

Pretty much, but some people stockpile weapons and armor; so sometimes they have interesting things sitting in the bank.

as of my posting you have 76 strength. if you can put a 2nd weapon on without going above 82 strength youll be fine. The 57 mark is solid but if you want a set thats good both in and out of scaled content, 76-82 is the sweet spot; getting down to 57 isnt gonna give you some massive boost in tw anyway.

Thanks. I'm going to cull some plate pieces though and replace them with other TBC socketable bits. Mail leggings from 1st boss of Hellfire Ramparts for example.
