On the 25th the gearing meta will change completely. Hard to say how long it will take to regear. Right now most people at 29 are farming full epic sets from Trial of Champion (they are not BiS but they are decent and quickly obtained). True BiS as of right now will be obtained by running endless Dreanor Dungeons to get Epic Procs of them items you need. You might also get good Epic Proc quest items from Shadowlands Questing after the prepatch hits on the 25th. Everything is still kind of up in the air and I’m sure everything we think will happen will change. You can farm some ToC Epics right now since they are easily obtained, but just sit patiently afterwards and watch the madness unfold

Didn't realise until after I posted that it was pre-patch / a new expansion soon. Going to just chill on these characters for now and run some battlegrounds and I'll start regearing after that patch, cheers!

The only info I’ve seen so far on ToC is that the gear inside the dungeons is changing to Blue but the gear you have already obtained stays as is. I mean I wouldn’t be shocked if they nerfed our bags and items worn from ToC as well, but as of now I haven’t seen anything indicating that. I’d rather prefarm and have it nerfed than sit and wait while others prefarm and then they have full grandfathered epics that 30 ilvl’s higher.

My old 60 rogue is staying 25 for gf'd flying and stuff just to be cool and different lol. my second 60 rogue is now 39.

I dont know how to check but my guess would be that the gear we have isnt the same item as the new blue gear?

Kind of like how those ilvl 44 necklaces were GF'd once they put in the ilvl 25 blue ones for level 20. Just a guess tho, not sure why it wouldnt just change on the character copy otherwise....

The legion dungeon I was testing for upgrades last night now has level 60 mobs in it, so not real worried about anything on the beta being accurate anymore. Just gonna have to roll our dice and see what comes about come patch time.
