got elusive quickhoof mount in Voldun today. used player level 1 thru 20 positioned at spawn points on 5 servers, started farm 6 days ago.
blizzard has thinned alot of mobs in older content, with a level 1 ally panda i was able to get 9 FPs in Zandalar (2 in Voldun) and never died.

Got a 2nd speed proc today with bis stats. replaced my BFA shoulders finally. Big cry. lost 3 agility for 6 speed. worth it to be the fastest bear!
No buffs in dps set bear form^
Being as geared as I am it takes forever for upgrades to drop!
Dropped on Thrasheer, armory in bio.

Happy with this one I got while doing some BFA questing, the +strength is awesome and the on-use is like having your own little Heroism button, sped up my runs slightly.

not sure if its common knowledge, but I have been running with my main taking them though the dungeons, been dropping socket gear and +terts all the time, yeah you get legacy loot so my DK is picking up cloth and other garbo, but first drop today was purple plate chest + speed out of irondocks... ran that 1000 times nothing close to that.
