Not really loot, but I discovered that with the Burning Crusade timewalking popping Magister's Terrance reputation with the Shattered Sun Offensive so reached Honored.

I flew on a whim to the isle as its apparently unlock since the change to timewalking for <= 20s that the Quartermaster actually sells a few items that can be used with F2P including at Exalted their Tabard.

I picked up Formula: Void Shatter as I was now Honored as example.

This was unexpected.

Note: this dropped on the first run of the day on an 11 Fury Warrior. Wowhead stated it only drops for level 60+. This is demonstrably incorrect.
