What can a high level character unlock in Shadowlands?

I'm contemplating a month to unlock adventure mode in DF. While I'm at it, I wonder if there are any similar perks in SL that I should try to get for all my characters going forward. Are there any such things, and for that matter is there anything else I should look to unlock during that time? I already have all the allied races, plus the pathfinders and WQ unlocks for Legion and BFA.
 
A lot of the toys from SL are locked behind a lvl 48 barrier. Only things I can think of are some Torghast items and transmog/mount farming as covenants aren’t really a thing at 20. A lot of what you prioritize comes down to what you’re after, tmog, mounts, toys, etc. one thing I’d recommend is only focusing on buying what costs over 1k gold. You can make gold without a sub, albeit slower, but you can’t hold over 1k before unloading in your warbank. I wouldn’t focus on too many reps with only a month. Frozen arms of a hero would be good to grab some of if you’re interested in garrison stuff. If you’re using gems, one of the best things to do would be to get revitalizing doublets as 20s can’t get those. Another thing would be to upgrade a DF neck to 3 sockets. On that note, maybe pick up some high slot bags. I’m sure there’s more, but that’s just off the top of my head.
 
I'm primarily asking about unlocking access to new quests or areas that a F2P could not, similar to how someone who completed the BFA campaign can access invasion WQs and Mechagon.

Also relevant are anything that unlocks character creation/barbershop options, and anything else that would meaningfully add gameplay for any new characters made.

Mogs/mounts/random toys are a much lower priority. I like them, but also know that trying to collect all the cosmetics over the course of a month would burn me out fast.

What about stuff for 20's? Threads of Fate is off limits for characters below 50 afaik
But are there workarounds to get renown? Would really love to grind for Baron title or something
 
Not much you can unlock from SL down that line. If you're willing to tie up your heartstone, you could get summoned to Zereth Mortis, the maw, etc. There are the druids form unlocks in the Emerald Dream and the Eredar skin, the Eredar I know is locked behind high level.
