What bracket should I join with my balance drood?

I am making a balance druid and I'm wondering what bracket I should join?



So tell me what bracket should be best to join for a balance druid? =)

I dont really like the higher lvl brackets. I would rather join from 10-60 or something because Its not the same thing in higher lvls when u can go and buy these pvp sets.
