I'm making somewhat of a return (took a break after hitting 100 on WoD for about a month) and i've noticed that 19s and 70s (my main brackets) are pretty dead..

What's the current active brackets?

10-19s are pretty active, as well.

If you're up for trying 19 private servers try molten, after a recent hacking they've decided to reward everyone.
Leveling rates are 7x and free heirlooms, not forgetting a strong 19 player base with constant bgs.
