(I'm assuming you're asking about US queues) No queue times. 69s haven't gotten games since the no-XP patch (3.2), and the 60-64 bracket went dormant a couple of months ago. I think they may still organize game nights now and then -- keep an eye on the official WoW battleground forums for that.
