What am I stacking and What should I aim for?

Hey , im twinking a 70 frost mage. What stats should I be stacking. Could you also give me a target number for them? I mostly mean Stam/Resil/Int.

forget about stam and forget about resilience.

Go pure int/haste, pure int or pure haste, whatever suits your playstyle really.

Mix it up with PvE gear for maximum sockets

Why not a nice Warrior or a Warlock or even a Hunter.

Haste, leave int alone. Pick up int where you can find it, but in a way that it does not diminish the amount of haste you can get. Spellpower means nothing if you cant get the cast off in time. =)

Gem for 70 spell pene? Is it that i forgot the cap ooolololol.

Gem alot on the haste side so you can get an easy 2x cast frostbolt icelance off in a deepfreeze, therefore making self skilledcapped.

After you can do that, try and get tazik/synpase.

Get the 5% hit cap.
