What am I missing on my level 1?

I don't find minor speed very viable on a lvl 1 twink.. Being it as your going to be running around killing shit and dueling once 3.2 hits

Pretty sure you could get all the "rare" hallow's end items from the trick-or-treat bags, as my friend got a sinister squashling on his level 1 twink.

That is correct, got 3 of those hallowed helms on my lvl 19 twink and not a single one on my lvl 1 twink. Doesn't really matter since he dinged 2 some months later, but STILL I NEVER GOT IT

As I'm typing this I can't remember what enchant you chose for your shield but imo you should take advantage of vitality because of the low mana cost of your spells.
