Wep enchants

Good morning all,

I have a quick question on wep enchants for my rogue that I'm levelling. and asking for my lvl20 twink for later on.

I have elemental force on my main hand and shattered hand (shattered bleed) on my off hand.

now I can see in skada elemental force is doing way more dmg than shatter hand and even neck enchant hidden satyr. so its really OP!

the reason I added different enchants on my two weapons is I don't know if the one effect the other ones CD if they are the same, so adding two of the same enchants is a waist.

so my question is, can I have both weps enchanted with Ele Force?

Yes, with both weps enchanted it will proc more often
