So on a whim I decided to get the bloodsail admiral title on my 11 (yay me!) to prepare I farmed up 5000 runecloth for the rep back up. There is only one time problem with that. Apparently its silk cloth and not runecloth /rip

3360 linen cloth or runecloth
1680 runecloth or linen cloth
800 mageweave cloth
440 silk cloth

I guess you can turn in all your runecloth at everlook and see what you still need for other 3 goblin towns
