Every blue quest item can proc epic every green quest item can proc blue or double to a epic if super lucky. All wod dungeon gear can proc epic. All dungeon drops besides wod can proc socket/tert but not epic. quest item upgrade procs will tipically be lower ilvl than a wod weapon. A rare might give a slightly higher ilvl drop than a quest.

What about satchels from RDF?

those will just be blue. I do not know if they can socket/tert. Been farming wod dungeons for a couple months now so haven't touched an xpac that does drop a satchel. the only satchels that drop weapons are the psync ones and idk if low levels even get those.

A great 10 armory for melee 1 handers to follow is Zanaxis.

Dungeon Quest rewards that proc epic are same Ilvl as the WoD epics, 59@10, whereas regular quest items that proc epic are just ilvl 29@10.
Those Ilvl 39s from SL are nice! Going to wowhead, I'm not sure if those are drops from the rare or from WQ rewards from killing it? Can 10s even do SL WQ? I have barely stepped into SL so I have no clue what rewards/drops might be available there, thanks!

I ended up getting an ilvl 59 1H "Headhunter Jo's Machete." I don't know how to link it. Stats: 4.8 dps, 4 str, 6 sta, 4 ver, & 5 mast. I think with the stats pre-epic, it was still pretty good. I got it on the Nesingwary questline in Zuldazar. This is much better than I expected. this is my armory link, but it's showing my last spec/setup. It needs to update.
