EU+US weapon speed damg nerf?

I read on patch notes that weapon speed is being normalized. I am running sub on rogue and I logged in this week and noticed my jagged wing slasher is not hitting as hard. Have they already hot fixed it??

not live yet...regardless outlaw > sub... but yeah the normalisation when it hits will be a nerf for all weapon damage based melee.....but hey it will buff all those clueless 2.0 speed polearm using survs so it aint all bad

i like outlaw for fighting at mid. I love sub for flag returns while puging. Back to back to back 1800-2200 crits to any armor type is OP as fuck. zerk and salt pots . doesnt happen every time need crits lol. - Cleatuss 19 rogue

im curious how the normalization is going to affect the movie weapon, its BIS status seems to be fueled not by weapon speed but pure blizzard derpy derp, so maybe it will remain the same? who knows? maybe a shoe will be BIs next patch, or a parrot
