Weapon options for _Alliance_ casters

Been looking this over, since the only quest weapon for Alliance is the Staff of Twin Worlds, and Heirloom 1h's are pretty badass. (edit: added heirloom staff, new staff enchant)



Now that 81sp/staff is out, 1h's are less interesting, but the heirloom 2h is a pretty decent option. Less SP but more crit/stam/int



Staff of Twin Worlds:

21 stam

19 int

13 spi

35spellpower+81 spellpower/staff enchant (116 total)



Devout Aurastone Hammer (Mainhand)+Deep Core Lantern (Offhand)

19 stam

23 int

2mp/5

71spellpower+30 spellpower enchant (101 total)



Dignified Headmaster's Charge:

33 stam

27 int

22 CR

52 SP +30spellpower enchant (82 total)

I'm noticing about every bracket horde get better rewards. where alleys get better rewards than horde the difference is usually "meh", where horde get better rewards than alleys it's 15 item levels >.<

You noticed that too, huh? Yeah, not just quest rewards either; in the 39 bracket, Uldamon (-man?) has dwarves in it that only horde can kill, and they drop blues. There's a few (of those blues) alliance-side because they used to be non-binding whites, so when the changes were gonna go through a bunch of guilds were liaisoning with horde on the same server/whatever to get the white items in their gbanks so they'd have them once they patched.



But, yeah. 59 bracket, horde has a (potential) plate belt, great staves, good (plate) gloves... another quest weapon (sword) option... I'd have to look back over the guide I just made but those are the ones I'm familiar with I think Alliance get, what, a choice of 3 necks, all of which are worse than 59 greens and can't be enchanted anyway? Yeah....



Still, we get gnomes with Sonic Boosters and whatnot

Has anybody seen how the BoA staves/MH caster weapons look on the PTR? Curious if the extra SP added at lower levels affect the weapons @ 59 also...
