Weapon damage vs secondary stats

With things like Taskmaster Axe and Smite's hammer available, are they actually better than having secondary stats? 11 fury warrior if that matters.

I'm using Pendulum of Doom (ilvl 54 from vendor) to compare.

Yes.

Open your spell book and look at your ability like Bloodthirst or Whirlwind with different weapons on them.

Any ilvl60 weapon with 4.7 damage per sec, 6 str, 13 secondaries will be best in slot right now. Same with offhand(Runeblade of Baron Rivendare is also very good here). Avoid mastery. These are followed fairly closely by Hatebringers due to the sockets. Note-farm hatebringers now because if the PTR changes that reduce TW gear ilvl end up working retroactively they will be bis.
