its my personal opinion that it should be earned, and all we have to go by is twinkinfo forums, especially in the case of EU, unfortunately as most, if not all of us are on US servers.

Popularity alone shouldn't be the only deciding factor here.....after all "deez nuts" is popular, doesn't mean he'll be a good president. Trust me bud, 39's are no better. And neither are 19's. There is no twink bracket that is free of immature people. This bracket seems to have more simply because there are more people in it.
