Anywho, according to http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?druid#f_je,,12479 6 points requires level 19 due to gaining talent points at 10, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 19. It makes sense really since blizz wants the first point at level 10 and the last at 85, so the points have to be awarded on odd levels, with the exception of lvl 10.

I don't see the logic here. Blizzard could just as easily go 10, 12, 14...etc., then go by single steps starting at 80, and still get the same point total. With all due respect to them, I think MMO-champion has it wrong.

a point every level starting at lvl 80 sounds logical too.

A more elegant solution would have been to do it at odd numbers starting at level 3... but they want to start talents at level 10.

Both are logical, though i would have thought that blizz would want to start at odd levels as early as possible, level 11.

i'm currently playing on the BETA, and 6 pts look likes a bug to me.

When you up lvl 10 you got your talent, then you got one lvl 11 right after.



But when it's going wierd is, when you up 12, there is a system that tell you all you got at this lvl, and lvl 12 you suppose to have a talent. then in fact it tell you you have a talant at lvl 12 14 16 ect.

but in the actual talent point section it tell you your next talent point is at lvl 11-13-15 ect



Last but not least, blizzard announce lately que to change talent points you will need to have reach 31 points in your main talent tree. AND THEY SPECIFY THAT WOULD BE AT LVL 70.

But at the moment you can spend this point lvl 69 !!



Seem clear to me theire is a bug here. I'm pretty confident we will get 5 points, not 6.

It could be a bug, but it could also be a quick adjustment to the system. Either way, it's pretty awkward since to reach 41 points at 85, it requires another shift in Talent Point Accruel starting at 80... and will continue to act strange entering an 86-90 expansion. Now if they were to go with talent points start at odd numbers starting at lvl 3 or start talent points at lvl 10, do even numbers and introduce some sort of quest at some point to reward 4 more talent points (Class Quests for example), it would be a little more smooth.
