Ready to go live tonight, just need the P6 Gear from SM grave and Cath, then hit 39 tonight from 38

Won't have Engi ready, but all other consumables are good to go (Dragonfire Chili, frost and shadow oil, FAPs, Arcane Elixers, Rum, Health and mana Pots) Also running a rando of stamina helm until I can get my librams done, but I am currently main-less and guild-less and its like pulling teeth.

Who understands the build?

You don't even have talents in. I think it looks like a poor execution of a spellpower Hunter that is split in all kinds of weird directions. If you're going to do it you can't also try some melee proc build that gimps your stats. You would at the very least want to run dual SM daggers with +30 SP. I get that you want your weapon procs to be spicy but just leave it to your bow. You only want Int/Spellpower in every slot possible, you can't afford to split your stats with 'normal' hunter gear.

I should also say that even if you do it properly, it's a terrible idea.

The game has been out for 16 years, going on its 17th. There is no reason to experiment unless you're intentionally meming. There is a reason there's cookie cutter, clear sets that are deemed the best / meta. There's years of min-max behind it. So unless I woke up to a new glitch in terms of stat weights, that still stands.

So, if you're simply looking to be different for the sake of being different, go for it.
You wouldn't be the first hipster, and probably not the last.

However, if you're asking if you're gimping yourself? abso-fucking-lutely.

This is so terribly naive. Have you even played Classic? Nobody who has been paying even the smallest amount of attention would be thinking the game is "solved" even after 16 years.

If you have fun hipstering out on gear and/or classes, be my guest. But yes, the game has definitely been figured out. The main discoveries at this point would be newly introduced bugs / glitches due to actual vanilla and classic not really being the same game.

Still incorrect. Plenty has been found that people didn't find in Vanilla, and all those things matched the original reference client. I am referring only to objectively BiS things that were not found the first time around.

I'm not talking 2004/2005 here. I'm talking people who never stepped off the Vanilla wagon, and kept playing private servers until the very moment of Classic release. There has been no new finds. Because you didn't know about them, doesn't mean it wasn't known.

Private servers did not accurately represent the reference client, that was pretty clear pretty fast when private servers didn't match Classic (in a lot of cases, obviously a lot of things were correct).

Here you go. Not all of the ones listed fit your criteria, but there's plenty in here that was ONLY discovered after Classic WoW launched, and were matched to work in the reference client, but were not found or replicated on any private server.

Yes, thank you for a total waste of time on a 15 minute video that does not address the issue at hand, which is gear sets for a specific twink bracket.

None of the "finds" are relevant to the topic at all. My statement obviously refers to the topic.
