I see some 19 warriors using Legionnaire's Leggings the stats are 145 Armor with 5 Strength and 5 hit rating, But i came across a Pair of leggings i thought would be better they're called Dividend Leggings And the stats are 115Armor 4 Strength 4 Stamina and 4 hit rating.

The westfall leggings are BIS imo, but sadly they are grandfathered, I really wish I would have got them before.

The goblin mail leggings are the next best thing for str/stam if you are gearing up your twink now, however they do not drop anymore seeing as how the mobs who dropped them are gone now, you can still transfer servers and buy from someone who has a pair.

The foremans leggings are the same as goblin in terms of stats, but with equal str and stamana, and imo the easiest to get of the three depending on your luck. You just sit in deadmines and kill http://www.wowhead.com/npc=626 each time he spawns which is around 6-8 minutes, and hope he drops them.



I would only use the legs you have posted above if I really needed the hit rating, but that shouldnt be required seeing as how warriors and pallies now have more options to obtain hit rating, such as:

well the legionnaire's leggings have 5 hit rating and 5 str, while the dividend have 4 hit rating and 4 str and stam, they could both be used depending on whether or not the person needs that extra point of hit rating I suppose.

Fury Warriors have a habit of using the legionnaire's leggings as when duel wielding we're trying to deal more damage with all of our extra white hits,

as hit cap is only 100% hit chance for abilities. (Props to Ghostfighter on the tip)



I see Dividend leggings as not really viable, as its just better imo having two sets of gear and switching between as needed.



Legionnaire's in premades (or with a healer by your side)

Grandfathered Chausses of Westfall for Pugs (or nearest replacement Chausses>Goblin Mail>Foremans)





Generally i would only use my extra hit gear setup in premades or with a healer close by

Without the stamina in Pug's... you WILL be destroyed.



Hit cap = better

Even more hit = BETTEREST!

as fury just soft cap getting more hit is a mess around set because you just lose to much stam/str/crit if you focus to much on hit

i prefer to heal fury warrs who soft cap hit and then stack crit rather than piling on hit for white dmg.

More white damage = more rage = more damaging abilities. Hit past the soft cap is worth mpre than crit for fury warriors.

idk maybe its just me but i choose valor helm/thorbia's over foreman's gloves/might helm i just dnt see expertise over all that crit/str

maybe when or if the BoA legs come out ill try it again

but you know way more than me about warriors so if u say something is better its hard to fight with you

Meh, expertise is only really great for arms if you're going against a rogue or someone with a lot of avoidance. I'm just pointing out that there are legitimate uses for dividend leggings.
