My only warlock is 90.. i cant speak for 10-19. Considering leveling one to 19 tho

Garbage unfortunately, they're useless barring UA silence on dispel. Dots tick for hardly any damage, you'd be twice better off going destro, and twice again going demo.
I wanted it to work, but without curse it's lacking a lot of damage.
