It's successful for the people who want to wargame. It isn't supposed to be a stand-alone server.

Was just an idea that was pitched to see if other people wanted to join us. I'm still making my toon, I haven't gotten around to leveling it yet.

But yes. If you want to do white gear wargames (now that xp-off wargames are disallowed), then level a toon

^^ This isn't something that's going to be active 24/7. When we want to do some wargames we'll long on. Some core players are on vaca right now, I'd advise you just hit 19 and gear up then wait till further notice.
