Legend
Hey everyone, I didn't see a thread about this pretty huge news for classic twinking, so I thought I would make one real quick.
As the title says, you can now do Wargames in Classic wow.
We've confirmed that Wargames allow you to play against teams of the same faction, and also play against teams from different realms. It seems that in a Horde vs. Alliance game, Horde will always get the Horde base and vice versa, but in Horde vs. Horde (or A vs A), the base you get is random. Same faction teams are able to talk to each other in the game. You receive no honor and no rep from Wargames.
To initiate a Wargame, you must:
- Have 2 groups of 5 or more
- The leaders must have each other on battletag
- One of the leaders uses the command "/wg (battletag name) warsong"
Example: /wg anatomyx warsong
There is also a spectator command, but we have yet to figure out how to make it work on twinks. It's possible that the spectator command does not work if the groups are below level 60, but if anyone can figure it out, please tell us how to do it here.
Happy wargaming!
