Yeah, I sell the normal ones and only save WF'd ilvl 35 and got a couple of wf'd 25 until i can change them out for ilvl 35.

well the helm is not bis(bg) for rogue so i would not count that one at all if i was gearing a rogue.
as for the belt why not use it? its better than engi belt only just but still
