Wanted : Chok'sul

Hello i am trying to get this quest from loch modan board. All i got is WANTED: The Dark Iron Spy. I dont know if its a bug but i cant get the quest. I did most of the quests in loch but still no Chok'sul.



Also if someone could give a quick list of items to get ally side for a lev 10 shammy this would be awesome.
