Want Help for Twink General

Hello everyone.
I apologize in advance for my English extremely bad ..

I am a French player who would like to do another Twink. I sought advice from my French friends but unfortunately their answers are not enough for me ..

I stop the game at LK and I take only now and I admit to being lost.
I have a subscriber account if it can help.

So that's what I love: Make a Rogue Twink. Whether 19, 20 (F2P mode despite my subscription) or 29 ...
For my part they told me the following information:
- Lvl 19: must you play dice lvl 10 pvp unblocked experience, you recreate your character lvl 20 because once blocked by experience, he never BG. I find it frustrating or is the goal to make a BIS character?
- Lvl 20: you tell me nothing.
- Lvl 29: I was told that there, stuck experience, BG are pretty common and easy, but that it was going on English Server (which does not bother me).

So now, I'd like your opinion because it is clear that this forum is much more pro and topical than our sites to us ..

So if you could tell me exactly what it is for each level and also if you have any examples of Rogue following what you are going to say (I am obviously looking for a level where I can play quite often with my Twink) because it seems that the legacy stuff is no longer BIS.

Well the 19 bracket doesn't really need more rogues right now, especially horde. I'm sorry, but i have no idea what you are trying to say about lvl 19. The goal of 19s is to create a bis character, but that's the goal of twinking in general imo. I'm just not sure why you would mention lvl 10 or lvl 20 when talking about lvl 19. xp off bgs were happening all the time at 19 until winter break ended, but it seems to have slowed down significantly (at least on US servers, not sure if you plan on playing eu or not). the 20-29 bracket pretty much always pops, but there are both f2p 20s and p2p 29s. I hope that was helpful
 
I believe his comments about 10 and 20 was for xp-on. Basically disposable BoA twinks. Also I am pretty sure he is talking about EU.

I just don't get why he would mention lvl 10s and 20s under the heading -lvl 19. if he does mean he plans on lvling 10-20 in xp on bgs and then recreating another toon once you hit 20 i'd say go for it if you'd like, but i've never really cared for xp on bgs on a twink. But anyway I don't believe 19s for EU pop very frequently besides probably 2v2 skirmishes, so if you would like to play your new twink a lot i'd suggest either 20 f2p or 29 where i'm pretty sure they get bg pops and arena pops all the time (at least that's the case for US).

thanks for your response.

I speak of the EU. So in terms of Twink 19, it's because on EU forums I was told that there was very little BG-locked XP, and that the only way to play was to play non-XP blocked (Apparently this is two different BG?) .. After maybe the person told me anything and that's why I come to you!

So from what I understand, the best way to play with a Twink is to do level 29?
If this is the case I am about to make a server on English (apparently on French server we are too few), but I have no idea of the stuff .. Do you have examples of equipment? I have to look at armories, but most of the equipment does not exist ..

Yes, XP-off and XP-on are in different BGs. XP-off is anytime you are level capped (f2p 20 and 90 without WoD) as well as when you lock XP. If you're making either a 20 or 29, a good place to start is the gear scaling index in the f2p section here in TI.
 
Also you mentioned Rogue, horde or alliance? Combat, Subtlety, or Assassination?

It's not that i don't understand why he didn't make 2 threads, and never said i had a problem with him consolidating to one thread. It's that i was merely confused about his wording that was used under the heading -lvl 19
