My twink is in ruin bg, and although my account is down due to a hacker at the moment I can assure you queues aren't popping very fast for 29s in ruin as per the thread and also via a friend. If you must transfer to a bg at the moment I've recommend skywall (reckoning.) They have queues that actually pop more than once every 45 minutes at peak times, but again like I said a few posts back all bg's might be suffering inactivity because of the new content.

Although yeah, transfers would be very welcome to ruin to improve queues

bloodlust is pretty empty, i get into a BG maybe once every 2 hours, and the ally always outnumber horde.
