Voice Amplification Modulator: Kick = Silence?

Was chatting with a guildie and he brought up a good point. I was thinking about getting this neck piece on my priest, since the only other neck is Medallion and its only +2 stam.

The only silence at 19 is a kick (correct me if I'm wrong), but the ability says it interrupts, not necessarily that it silences.

Does anyone know if this neck piece is viable and/or how it interacts with rogues kicks?

kick isnt a blanket slience its an interrupt so logically it shouldnt but idk

if they had improved kick somehow(which is like lvl 30 or 25 or w/e)

i guess for world pvp..vs higher lvl opponents that have imp counterspell, priest silence, lock felhound counterspell thingy, etc



The real deal is when u stack this thing on a priest with 2x murmuring rings+Gnomish Turban of Psychic Might
