Hello to anyone that finds themselves interested enough to look at this Guild Recruitment Thread!.
The guild itself has been around since the beginning of Cata, but only recently gained its new Leadership and is starting to really thrive. Most days we have 3-7 people either running dungeons for gear or that extra 150g x7 for buying peoples BoA's. Our idea is to build guild cohesion while benefiting others as we do it. The best way to learn how someone plays is to vent/skype and rock them dungeons/bg’s/arenas. We use the Need > Want method to determine gear management. We need people geared to play. The more the merrier! We also have a few enchanters in guild with most of the 19's enchants.
Our PvP Ideals are pretty simple:
1.) Have fun!
What’s the point of playing a game unless your having fun, but we also recognize that we can’t be have all the fun so we try to make the game fun for everyone the best we can.
2.) NO GRAVEYARD FARMING.
This is not something we shy away from. It doesn't make the game fun but instead takes the other team out of the game. This does NOT include when The EFC is SITTING in the damn GY area. COMPLETELY different story. GY farming to us is locking down a team and STOPPING them from playing or affecting the outcome of the game. When this happens, we try to convince the group to back off. If the PUG continues to farm, we will either practice jumps or go sit until the farming stops. Members of this guild have this same mindset.
3.) Win as fast as possible.
Again this touches #2. We do not think it adds to the "fun" of this bracket and would rather finish the game to allow a less advantaged team the means to either regroup or maybe get a better group next game. We find it petty to hold a flag to farm honor or kills. This may be ok for other guilds but we shun such practice.
4.) Guild Queues > RealiD Queues.
Why have people in a guild if you just join others. We understand you know people from this or that guild and that is fun but really, why not play with people that took the time to join, make and build a 19 to play in THAT GUILD. Don’t get this twisted. We play with RealiD peeps all the time but we try to get only nearly BiS toons in queues because why bring a fat girl to the party if you have a supermodel?
5.) Adhere to the rules.
Pretty much don’t try to cheat. Exploits are awesome for the first couple times but if it is holding the game from progressing then it is being done to gain an advantage. i.e. Bottled Tornado - Everyone COULD get this trinket. even with just cata you can get a 10Day trial and get some 90s to help you. But to use it to get to spots so that anyone without the trinket could not, is considered an exploit. Again takes away from the game.
6.) Premades don't break us. We learn!
We alI have heard of so many guilds breaking up over a loss. Losing only means one thing, you need to get better. How can you get better if you’re not together? The flipside of this is if you don’t want to stay with us because of a loss then you have truly lost the point of twinking. Premades may mean "Status" to some, to us in the leadership, it’s simply a way of getting together and getting our twink on. if you don’t like it, don’t play in ours or just gquit, it’s not worth our time.
We are getting help from several guilds that know what they are doing, and we appreciate EVERY second you take to do so. You are only making the 19 bracket better!
