Many vets have no idea what they doing, Some classes are Dependent classes while others are Independent. Im not sure making this type of list would help someone make a vet or make the most op classes possible.
You can take a look at the level 20 ladder and see what's the most occurring classes and give your opinion from playing Vet PvP.

1st tier: Disc Priest, Arms Warrior, Ret Paladin, Combat/Ass Rogue, Frost Mage (arenas), Resto/Enh Shaman, Surv Hunter, Resto/Balance Druid, WW Monk, Destro Warlock.
2nd tier: Fury Warrior, Arcane Mage, MM/BM Hunter, Guardian Druid (Good FCs), MW Monk, Affliction Warlock.

Great List - Fury war can be in T1 tho u can definitely kill people Arena wise. Its better than assn. rogue and destro locks in arena.

True, it's good single target dps, but the only reason I didnt include it in T1, as opposed to a frost mage, was due to the fact that frost mages are just a tad bit more useful in crowd control, even in BGs.

I can destroy a enhance , assn. rogue and survival hunter in fury, but I guess like u said including bgs it is a tad less useful than those other.
