Is it BiS for any class/spec at all at lvl 20? Trying to do a little bit of theory-crafting before coming back to WoW. (Probably as a veteran)

Why I no make your list?
SF beats it out. The extra AP is enough to beat out the damage roll and then you get the proc... Its BiS til then though. Max glass cannon AP build, get your secondaries from vet chants.

Shadowfang is BiS MH mate, Hash is correct.

Imo it's best to just play a well rounded agi/stam/crit build for monk, so I would say dal'rend is BiS weap for ww monks.

For rogues on the other hand, most of their damage is from opener due to their pitiful amount of gap closers so an AP build involving shadowfang would be BiS.

only reason to take the dalrends would be for a ww / brew monk if your looking for a stam heavy set
