EU+US Vanilla Leggo Transmogs?

So apparently in patch 8.3, we may be able to transmog our gear to look like Legendary weapons. Do you guys know (or think that) we'll be able to use these weapon skins (specifically Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros and [URL='https://www.wowhead.com/item=19019/thunderfury-blessed-blade-of-the-windseeker']Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker) on our Veteran level 20s, similarly to how we've been able to transmog our gear into the Molten Core and Blackwing Lair tier sets?

I know the post straight up says: "Legendary transmogs are account-bound - Once you earn a legendary, it can be transmogged to all characters in your account (Provided they have sufficient level and weapon type for the Legendary)!" But my wishful thinking hopes that we could use them just like all the other Vanilla quest reward weapons.

But now as I'm typing this... I guess it IS a little too much to be hopeful for. What do you guys think?

Yes, we will most likely be able to use those appearances @ 20, even atiesh if someone happens to have it. No reason to my knowledge why they wouldn't work.

Hell, come Shadowlands I'm curious if it'll be possible for my priest to tmog the cata staff legendary with the whole level squish shit.

Two of my toons have Survivalist's Hunting Spear and I can't use the appearance to xmog, even on the toons who have it in their inventory. The xmog is too high a level, despite it being equippable and ilvl 19. I'd be happy if they just fixed that, nevermind actually improving something. Never trust a mailbox bearing gifts from Blizzard.

I believe they ass they will be manually adding these legendaries in, they will simply type in the required level of the items. Other mogs were done on bulk and I don't think they will slap these into existing groups.

works on ptr, should work on live. The other leggos have a level req that is correct to the xpac, same goes for the vanilla ones

Easiest way would be to do a simple ".push()", or "push_back()" I believe it's called in c++, into the array, and bam, it's done. Doing it manually would be more work, and in reality prone to more bugs since there are probably quite a few factors, other than level requirements, to be met. Especially in a code base. At least that's my reasoning.

Yeah. I cant see any reason for level restrictions when everything but shadowlands is 1-50... but blizz could be a blizz and redo the level requirements to 20, 30, 40 etc. - cuz they suck at fun and for some reason don't want anyone to have it.

Get the one from the party sync quest chest, same model

Oh I meant if we could use the leggo skins on our level 20 weapons. Like how we can transmog the MC/BWL armor sets on our level 20s.
