Vanilla Jump Guide for Classic WoW

I have been playing vanilla private servers for the past year or so, will classic around the corner i thought this video would be appropriate. Obviously we dont know what blizzard will do about jumps, but here are the ones ive found work on the servers ive played. Made this today real quick with a couple of my guildies. Enjoy.

Reason why people mainly played rogues back in TBC / Vanilla was because the Twink community was a "let's own levelers" type of community. And Rogue was the best at that. Similarly, most Twinks these days who play pugs are Survival hunters. Because the community is once again a "let's own levelers" type of community. And Survival Hunters are the best at that.

When Classic comes out however, there'll be so many Twinks compared to Levelers that that won't be the case.

Sweet video. Only ones I think you missed (I may not have seen them) is the jump to get behind ally base (where they put the root) and the jump to get up horde GY. Seeing WSG like that brings back some memories..

You’re absolutely right but unfortunately neither of those work here.

To characterize the early twinks as people that just wanted to farm newbies is absurd. There were far more competitive players back then - and a higher % of total twinks were competitive. Yes there were people that wanted to own lowbies. There still are. There's also people that want to make everyone play their rules and control the game and decide who plays (not directed at anyone posting in this thread) and we definitely didn't have such problems back in the day.
I'll share this in terms of the quality of the better players as people. We could meet and play back then and rotate in alts if necesary (DC etc) and nobody interferred. We had a PTR 1v1 tourny and not a single game got interrupted by someone bitter on their 60. Literally zero shady stuff. Today tournaments without DDOSing are rare. So to make current players out as more honorable than the originals simply doesn't ring true. Let's instead focus on individuals imo not group characterizations.
